Returns and Refunds

Return of Merchandise

All items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

Returned items must be in new and resellable condition. Any merchandize comes with the product are expected to be returned together, such as hanger, tags and its own packaging material. 

Returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.

The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) will be credited to the original payment method if the returned items can meet the above conditions. Please note that delivery fee will not be refunded and allow 10 to 15 business days for your return to proceed. You will receive an email notification once we received and accepted your returned items. Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.

After 30 calendar days, all merchandises are not eligible for return.

Unless otherwise stipulates by law, the original order’s shipping fee and taxes, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1412, 14/F, Phase 2, Chai Wan Industrial City, Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
